About the role:
We have a positions to fill across our Melbourne venues, from hatted spaces to casual, the role is the same just the location and setting is different.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, and supported by our venue operations team, this role is ideal for someone who will relish the opportunity to make their mark and help this already well-established business continue to evolve.

The key responsibility of this role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, with a focus on developing the team, staff training and exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for rostering, shift management and service as well as customer satisfaction and sales.

You will be required to work a flexible and rotating roster across a 7-day week of operation, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

About you:
You are someone who maintains high standards and is driven by the success of both yourself and others. You lead by example, have a vibrant personality, are professional and always well-presented.

You will have demonstrated experience in a leadership role, exemplary people management skills and a focus on nurturing a respectful work environment.

Strong wine knowledge is to advantage.

You are a clear and concise communicator and have a sound understanding of OHS and WHS regulations. You will offer quality and consistency throughout every service with a strong customer focus and sales orientation.

Who are we?

Renascence Group are a growing restaurant group with four restaurants in Melbourne and one in Sydney.

Farmer's Daughters is a multi-level restaurant and wine bar in the Melbourne CBD offering farm to table dining with a focus on Gippsland produce and sustainability.

Each level offers a slightly different experience from casual and semi-formal dining to a rooftop wine bar, focusing predominantly on Gippsland wines and full dining.

Farmer's Daughters Wine House just around the corner is our newest space, a wine bar following the same ethos and acting as Gippsland's cellar door in the city.

Barra is our fun and energetic Latin American cantina in Little Collins Street.

Victoria by Farmers Daughters is our functions and events space in Federation Square.
