What You'll Be Doing

Leading and supporting a front-of-house team

Running smooth, efficient shifts that deliver great service

Creating a positive and professional team culture

Handling stock, cash and daily operations

Ensuring every guest leaves with a great experience

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (or senior FOH ready to step up)

Confident communicator with strong leadership skills

Ability to hustle hard in a busy environment while keeping calm

Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

A genuine love for food, drinks and the customer experience
