About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Leader / Assistant Centre Manager to help lead our brand-new Pascoe Vale Centre, opening January 2026.

This dual role is perfect for a leader who thrives in inquiry-based environments, values collaboration and reflection, and is ready to support both the curriculum and operational leadership of our new service.

Working closely with our Centre Manager and leadership coach Kelly Goodsir (KG Learning), you’ll play a key role in shaping a learning culture that inspires curiosity, professional growth, and meaningful connections.

About You

You’re a leader who inspires curiosity, builds confidence, and fosters collaboration. You’ll bring:

Bachelor (or Diploma) qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Strong knowledge and experience in inquiry-based learning and teaching

Proven ability to mentor, coach and lead teams

Excellent understanding of EYLF, NQS, and VEYLDF

High-level communication and organisation skills

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

(Desirable) Previous experience as Educational Leader or Assistant Centre Manager
