Bambini Early Learning is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager to join our fabulous team at our beautiful purpose-built centre in Sunbury.
This is a full-time position, with the option of a 9-day fortnight.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our 96-place centre, guiding and inspiring a team of passionate educators, and ensuring our families and children feel a strong sense of belonging every single day.

About You
You’re a natural leader who brings passion, positivity, and professionalism to everything you do. You know how to build strong relationships, nurture team culture and lead with heart.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
A Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA recognised equivalent).
Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Current First Aid, CPR and WWCC.
Solid understanding of the operational and business aspects of running a childcare service.
Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards.
