We are currently recruiting for multiple full time Assistant Director and Educational Leader opportunities across Melbourne’s Inner North and Western Suburbs. Locations include Pascoe Vale, Maribyrnong, Williams Landing, Werribee & Geelong.

About You:

• Diploma or Degree qualified in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
• Strong understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and a genuine passion for child-led learning
• A minimum of 18 months previous leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting (Assistant Director, Educational Leader or similar)
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with a collaborative approach to leadership
