We are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Venue Manager (Duty Manager) to join our leadership team. This role is perfect for an industry professional who thrives on driving customer satisfaction, inspiring others, and leading with energy and accountability.

As Venue Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, guiding teams and shaping the member and guest experience with professionalism and care. With a strong commitment to leadership and service excellence, you will ensure our venues remain welcoming, engaging, and customer-focused.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer / Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating staff across gaming, food & beverage, and service operations
• Managing the gaming floor, paging systems, and escalation points with efficiency and professionalism
• Ensuring smooth food and beverage operations, including driving up-selling opportunities and handling customer feedback
• Conducting daily staff briefings and creating a culture of open communication
• Coaching and mentoring employees to deliver exceptional service and teamwork
• Acting as an approachable and visible leader for members, guests, staff, and contractors
• Overseeing the safety, well-being, and security of staff and the wider venue environment

This diverse role is rostered across days, nights, weekends, and overnights, offering the chance to make a real impact across every aspect of venue operations.
