We are seeking an experienced Sushi Sous Chef ready to step into a management role, continue their learning both culinary and operations from our experienced management team.

SUSHI SOUS CHEF WILL HAVE:

• 3 to 4 years' experience in sushi and sashimi
• Great communication, delegation and leadership skills
• Ability to work well within a team and take direction
• In-depth understanding of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices
• Strong communication skills
• Creativity around menu development and food presentation
• A naturally positive demeanor
• High standards and expectations within the kitchen
