Beauty & Fashion Manager - Immediate Start - Flagship Location!

Are you passionate about hair and beauty? Do you have what it takes to inspire and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment? We're on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at this flagship Canberra Civic location. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store performance - all while leading a motivated and passionate team.

What you'll be doing...:

• Manage daily store operations including sales, stock and team management.
• Lead, coach and develop beauty consultants and sales associates.
• Ensure high standards of customer service at every touch point.
• Implement strategies to drive sales and smash store targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards to showcase the brand.

What we're looking for...:

• Previous retail management experience (hair & beauty background highly regarded).
• Strong leadership with a passion for motivating teams.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability.
• A genuine love for delivering exceptional customer service.
