As the ASM in this fast-paced high-volume business, your days will be spent managing huge operations, delivering sensational customer service standards & developing an already high-performing team alongside your Store Manager! We are seeking applications from candidates with extensive retail experience where you have proven the delivery of an exceptional client experience, have worked with huge volumes of stock and where you are confident helping to manage 10+ team members at any time...

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in VOLUME RETAIL FASHION MANAGEMENT essential
• Proven ability to achieve all day-to-day operations
• Experience in stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation
• Strong background in driving sales and hitting KPIs
• Confidence in all facets of HR and leadership: are you a 'People's Manager?'
• Ability to drive in store as well as company culture!
