The Role

As the Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of one of our Canberra Swimart stores at Belconnen . You'll be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day operations, stock control, and store administration

Providing exceptional customer service and resolving operational issues

Leading a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Managing the store's budget and reporting on financial performance to the General Manger and Franchise owner

About You

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual with experience in retail management and/or sales operations (pool industry experience desirable) . You should have strong communication and leadership skills, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a willingness to learn about pool and spa products.

Key Requirements:

Retail management and /or strong sales background preferably in the pool industry - but not essential

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively

Passion for providing exceptional customer service

Proficiency with computers and relevant software

Own car and full driver's license

Willingness to work some weekends (Saturdays essential)
