As the Administration & Enrolments Officer, you’ll be the welcoming face of the school, managing front office enquiries, supporting student enrolments and attendance records, coordinating communication with parents, and assisting with events, compliance, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional front office and administrative support, managing daily enquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain accurate data and records across CASES21, Compass, and other systems
- Support enrolments, attendance tracking, and compliance reporting
- Coordinate event communications, enrolment processes, and transition activities
- Assist with student medical administration and first aid
- Support finance, compliance, and resource management functions
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture that upholds Child Safe Standards
About You:
- Friendly, professional communicator with excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Calm, compassionate, and proactive in a busy environment
- Prior school-based administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using CASES21, Compass, or Student Insights is highly regarded
- Current First Aid qualification and Employee Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
