About the Role

Working alongside the Head of Residential Lending and the Head of Commercial Lending, you’ll be responsible for managing residential loan files end-to-end. This is a self-sufficient role where you’ll handle residential deals passed on from the commercial team.

You’ll:

Manage and write residential & commercial loans end-to-end (PAYG, self-employed, investment, and refinances)

Work across multiple lenders with full admin and settlements support

Partner closely with developers and referral networks

Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining accuracy and compliance

Be based in the Brisbane office, with flexibility for hybrid work

About You

You’re a capable, professional operator who can hit the ground running. You have experience as either:

A Senior Loan Writer, Broker, or Credit Analyst confident in end-to-end loan processing, or

A Banker ready to step into broking within a high-volume, high-performance environment.

You’ll bring:

A strong understanding of residential lending and policy structures

Excellent communication and relationship skills, comfortable with developer and referral partner meetings

The ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and “get things done”

A team-first attitude and the drive to perform in a fast-paced, growing business
