Job Opportunity: Operations Manager – Solar & Battery Systems

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in an in-office role. This position is ideal for a licensed electrician with strong operational and leadership skills, who understands the technical, regulatory, and practical aspects of solar PV and battery storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of solar and battery projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to our operations and installation teams.

Coordinate and schedule installations, maintenance, and service work.

Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and Clean Energy Council (CEC) requirements.

Work closely with management to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and support business growth.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery.

About You:

Qualified and licensed electrician (mandatory).

Proven experience in solar PV and battery systems.

Strong operational or project management experience, ideally in the renewable energy or electrical industry.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Assist sales with designs and help with training from time to time as required.
