The Role
Reporting to the ANZ Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of a large-scale production facility and lead day-to-day operations with a clear focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Your role will span production, people leadership, financial performance, and strategic improvement initiatives, while ensuring the delivery of best-in-class products to customers across the region.
This is a hands-on leadership position with wide-reaching impact — you’ll oversee a multi-functional team, drive cultural alignment, and foster operational discipline across all functions of the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the manufacturing team with a focus on talent, safety, and quality
- Ensure operational KPIs are met across safety, cost, delivery, and quality
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and process efficiency
- Oversee quality and compliance to meet production and ISO standard
- Manage site financials and take accountability for plant P&L performance
- Deliver CAPEX projects on time and on budget
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to business-wide improvements
- Promote and maintain a safe and respectful workplace culture
Skills & Experience
We are seeking a confident and commercially minded manufacturing leader with a track record of success in leading production teams and creating high-performing, engaged environments. You enjoy being on the floor, coaching your people, and driving business results through operational excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/ production leadership role
- Experience managing budgets, cost controls, and KPIs
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to develop and mentor teams
