Essentials we need from you:

Strong experience in at least one of the following is essential: property lending, trading businesses, cash flow lending (exposure to the other two highly desirable)

Working & practical knowledge and experience with general credit, lending policies and financials regulations

Strong commercial acumen with a focus on outcomes

Skilled in creating authentic, trusted relationships with clients from across industries and life experiences.

You are adaptable, resilient, empathetic and enjoy being part of a team that shares a common purpose

Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent
