The role specifics

We’re looking for an experienced Credit Analyst / Para Broker to join our high‑performing team. You’ll be encouraged to learn, adapt, problem solve and roll up your sleeves to help our clients achieve their goals.

Your role will consist of

Analyse/Verify client financial data to assess loan suitability and borrowing capacity

Review and assess a range of simple and complex credit applications

Compare lender products and recommend structures aligned with client goals

Ensure clients' goals & requirements are clearly articulated and compliance notes are to a high standard

Package and prepare loan applications with detailed commentary and notes

Respond to credit‑critical issues during the approval process

Manage files from submission through to settlement

About You

You bring experience, curiosity, and a genuine drive to help clients succeed.

Must‑haves

3+ years in residential lending (credit analyst, broker, or para‑broker role)

Strong credit knowledge and end‑to‑end file management skills (lead → settlement)

Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and comfort with high‑volume workloads

Clear written and verbal communication

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Well‑organised with excellent time management

A positive, proactive “get it done” mindset

Proven track record of settling deals

Nice‑to‑haves

Experience with LMG MyCRM, Quickli, AOL, and LoanApp
