We’re seeking a Mortgage Broker or Lending Specialist to join our team.

You’ll be:

- Guiding clients through the home loan process with professionalism and care

- Building strong client relationships through trust and transparency

- Contributing to our brand presence by being comfortable with social media engagement (videos, posts, or content featuring your expertise)

- Expanding your impact as a finance professional by developing self-sourced client opportunities and networking, while also supporting the team with overflow leads from the business

- Working in a hybrid model (office + remote) within a supportive, boutique environment where you’re not just a number

About You:

To be successful, you will have:

- A banking or lending background - highly regarded but not essential

- A motivated, can-do attitude with a drive to grow your career

- Adaptability to change and enthusiasm to embrace new opportunities as we expand -

-Strong communication skills and client focus

- Comfort with social media and willingness to contribute to APC’s approachable, educational online presence

- A willingness to develop self-sourced client opportunities and network to grow your profile, while also supporting the team with overflow leads from the business

- The ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.

- Driven, personable, and social - someone who enjoys connecting with people
