With continual growth and an expanding pipeline of projects, we are seeking motivated Cadets eager to build their careers in the property development and construction industry. You will play a key role in supporting with the delivery of high-quality Class 2 residential and mixed-use developments - assisting with project coordination, site inspections, and ensuring premium finishes across all trades.

As a Cadet, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the development lifecycle, from project planning, design, to construction management. You will work closely with experienced professionals and receive hands-on training to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.

Assist in project coordination and management

Support the construction team with site inspections and compliance checks

Work with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

Review plans, documentation, and contracts

Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and procurement

Gain exposure to planning approvals and regulatory requirements

Learn from experienced professionals and receive mentorship

ABOUT YOU

Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Property, Engineering, or a related field

Strong interest in property development and construction

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Ability to work both independently and within a team

A valid driver’s licence is preferred
