About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our team at S&S Realty. As our Property Manager, You’ll manage an established small sized property portfolio end-to-end, supported by modern software, trades, and clear procedures. This is a part-time role with flexible working arrangements.

What you'll be doing

Managing and maintaining a portfolio of residential rental properties

Advertising and marketing properties to secure quality tenants

Conducting property inspections and proactively managing maintenance and repairs

Ensuring timely rent collection and processing bond claims and terminations

Resolving tenant queries and addressing any tenancy-related issues

Providing regular updates and reports to landlords

Ensuring compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a property management role

Strong knowledge of the residential rental market and tenancy legislation

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in using property management software

Ability to work independently and prioritise a diverse workload

Dedication to providing a high level of service to both tenants and landlords
