This Queensland based Builder is looking for an experience Repair or Project Coordinator who will be able to come in and hit the ground running. You will be working closely with the team onsite and the management team in their inner city office.

Duties:

• Liaising with clients and customers to ensure that all repairs are completed in budget and on time
• Liaise with suppliers, Subcontractors and our internal team of Supervisors, Estimators and Trades
• Data entry
• Booking appointments
• Submitting quotes and invoicing
• WHS standards related to industry

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management, customer service and organisational skills
• 2+ years' experience in the insurance or construction performing a similar role
• High level of computer literacy with Prime, Endata and Blueprint experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
