We are a multi-award winner of Mitsubishi Electric SE Qld Diamond Dealer of the Year and are a Daikin Super Dealer. We specialise in the installation and replacement of Mitsubishi Electric & Daikin Air-Conditioners, performing planned preventative maintenance, diagnosis of breakdowns & carry out repairs to these brands amongst many other brands.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and team culture, we’re looking for a reliable and organised Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As our Service Coordinator, you will be the key link between customers, technicians, and the operations team. Your role is critical in ensuring that jobs are scheduled efficiently, customer expectations are met, and the day-to-day service operations run smoothly.

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate service, maintenance, and breakdown jobs for field technicians

Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on job progress

Allocate jobs based on technician availability, location, and skillset

Monitor job progress and respond to changes or urgent requests

Manage and update job management software with accurate data

Assist with quotes, invoicing, and general admin tasks as required

Communicate effectively with technicians, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth workflow

Support the operations team in delivering high-quality service on time and within budget

About You

Experience in a similar role, ideally in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction/trades

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent phone manner and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure

Proficient with job management systems (e.g., SimPRO or similar) and Microsoft Office

A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused attitude

Knowledge of air conditioning systems or technical understanding is an advantage (not essential)
