With two new venues coming on board and as our team is expanding, we’re on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee and drive the success of our venues, ensuring top-tier operations, guest satisfaction, and team performance.

About the Role

As an Area Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the venues within your portfolio, ensuring compliance with MAMAS standards while driving revenue through effective planning and operational efficiency. You will mentor and lead high-performing teams, manage budgets to achieve KPIs and optimise costs, and ensure compliance with WHSE and food safety standards.

About You

To excel in this role, you’ll have:

Proven experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role within the hospitality industry with multi-site venue experience.

Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.

Knowledge of WHSE requirements and industry regulations.

A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
