The Opportunity

The Role

You’ll provide essential corporate support across the organisation, ensuring systems, processes, and services run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating corporate functions including HR, recruitment, procurement, WHS, learning and development, and general administration
  • Acting as the primary contact for internal corporate enquiries, providing timely and accurate advice
  • Managing and maintaining corporate systems, registers, and compliance processes
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, meetings, and correspondence management
  • Preparing reports, briefings, and documentation to support decision-making
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in processes and service delivery
  • Building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring a customer-focused approach

The Ideal Person

You’re a proactive and organised professional who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering high-quality support. You’ll bring experience in corporate or administrative services in a complex environment and can confidently manage competing priorities.

Your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs make you a trusted team member. You’re adaptable, calm under pressure, and take a solutions-focused approach.

Experience across several corporate service functions such as HR, recruitment, WHS, or procurement, along with an understanding of governance and compliance frameworks, will set you apart. Qualifications in business, administration, or human resources are highly regarded but not essential.

Salary / Rate

  • $95k - $108k + 15.4% Super
  • 12-month non ongoing with options to extend
  • Current Baseline clearance or the ability to obtain
