The Opportunity

At LeverageMe, you'll partner with owner-operated businesses to help them grow by matching them with the right senior managers. This is NOT traditional recruitment. It’s about strategically working with owners to clarify what they need, plan their future organisational charts, their future role as owner, guide them through the process, and ensure both the business and the person succeed.

Our priority is to make our clients’ lives easier and safeguard them through what is often an overwhelming and high-stakes process.

You'll be ideal for this role if you have built or led a business. You know what it takes to manage people, implement structure, and drive things forward without over-complicating the process. Now, you’re looking for the next chapter — where your hard-won perspective, becomes the value you bring to other business owners as they navigate the shift from doing everything themselves to building a leadership team that supports growth.

As a Leverage Consultant (our internal title), you’ll join our specialised team — working alongside our Managing Director and an experienced consultant — supported by internal operations and marketing team. You'll be backed by systems, structure, and support that let you focus on delivery and impact. This is a role for someone who wants to thrive within a team of committed collaborators, where your practical experience and people skills are valued and amplified.

About You

Your experience includes one or more of these:

Led a business with a team of 15+.

Held a senior leadership role in an SME, working closely with the owner.

Advised SMEs through coaching, consulting, or professional services.

Been responsible for developing a high-performance management team.

Delivered results in B2B service environments.


The Work You’ll Do

Partner with business owners to understand their goals and challenges.

Contribute to the shaping and design of senior leadership roles and organisational charts.

Identify and curate candidates using clearly defined criteria and a thorough review process.

Guide robust conversations with both candidates and clients to ensure strategic decisions are made with confidence.

Deliver a standout client and candidate experience at every stage of the process.

Own and manage project delivery, timelines, and communication touchpoints.

Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of internal systems and service processes.

Use digital tools (GoogleSuite, Zoho, AI) to work efficiently and professionally.


What You’ll Bring

Commercial acumen & passion, alongside people-sense in equal measure.

Strong communication with an eye for detail and a bias toward clarity.

Confidence in transparent, sometimes tough, conversations.

Tech confidence (GoogleSuite essential; Zoho experience ideal).

Project coordination and structured delivery experience.

Practical understanding of team performance, culture fit, and HR alignment.

A client-first mindset — you see business growth, not “jobs filled,” as the outcome.
