Utility Service Locator

As a utility service locator, you will be responsible for identifying, tracing and marking underground services with the use of GPR and Electromagnetic technology.

You must possess great communication skills and be extremely motivated to work independently, as well as demonstrate great time management skills to plan and accomplish an assigned workload as required.

Previous experience with utility locating is essential.

Role requires a White Card, relevant tickets, and a commitment to workplace health and safety. Competitive pay rates available for the right candidates.

Excavator Operator (MUST HAVE IMP Ticket and VOC) Requirements:

Proven experience operating Service Locator in civil construction

Experience in trenching

Strong understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) standards

White Card (General Construction Induction)

Enable NBN Card

Relevant tickets

Ability to work efficiently within a team and follow site plans.

ABN Required

Actively contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment

Full Driver's License - HR License Preferred

Complying with all relevant safety regulations and company policies

Experience spotting machinery and working around water and live services

Understanding of trench + Pitt safety

Physically fit and able to handle manual labor in all weather conditions

About the Roles:

The roster is Monday - Friday with additional Saturday work if required. 6:30 am starts with up to 10–12-hour days. These specific roles are ABN required, and you MUST have a Full Driver's License and white card.
The chosen candidates will be provided with shared accommodation. Jobsite is Classified as a Tier 1 site and safety is paramount!
