Customer Service Officer

• 9 Month Contract - Immediate Start
• Seven Hills Location - Onsite Parking
• $36 per hour + Super

We are looking for Customer Service professional to complete a 9-Month maternity leave contract for a well known business based in Seven Hills. This role is available to start immediately, and you must be able to commit to the full length of the contract.

The Role

• Processing customer orders
• Ensuring all transactions are processed with accuracy into the system
• Answering customer queries on stock availability, ETA's
• Provide support to internal & external customers
• Assist Customer Service Manager as required

About You

• Strong data entry and order processing experience
• The ability to multitask working in a fast passed environment
• Strong attention to detail when entering in transactions
• Someone with the ability to identify and resolve problems
• Someone who is Punctual and reliable
