Key Responsibilities

Loan Strategy & Origination – Assess client financial situations, structure tailored mortgage solutions, and oversee high-value applications.

Documentation Oversight – Ensure accuracy of financial documents, review applications, and support junior staff with compliance.

Market & Product Expertise – Stay ahead of mortgage products, interest rates, and lending policies to identify opportunities.

Client Advisory & Relationship Management – Act as a trusted advisor, delivering expert insights and nurturing long-term client and referral relationships.

Compliance & Risk Management – Maintain strict adherence to regulations, proactively manage risks, and uphold best practices.

Leadership & Collaboration – Mentor junior Lending Specialists and collaborate with teams, lenders, and partners for successful outcomes.

Requirements

Extensive Experience – Proven success as a Senior Lending Specialist, Loan Writer, or similar role managing complex mortgage applications.

Advanced Knowledge – Deep understanding of mortgage products, loan programs, interest rate movements, and lending guidelines.

Leadership – Ability to guide and inspire junior team members while fostering a collaborative culture.

Exceptional Communication – Strong verbal and written skills to simplify complex financial concepts and build lasting relationships.

Analytical Precision – High-level financial analysis with meticulous attention to documentation accuracy.

Time & Priority Management – Ability to manage multiple high-value applications under tight deadlines.
