At the same time, you’ll be the right hand to a founder scaling fast, owning client relationships, optimising systems, and helping the business grow without compromising on service or soul.
What you’ll be doing
Own a steady stream of high-quality, inbound leads. No cold calls or hunting for prospects.
Manage 20–30 active deals at a time, spanning investor, SMSF, commercial, and complex structures.
Guide clients strategically using smart tools to advise on long-term outcomes, not just transactional wins.
Help build the blueprint for a brand-new CRM: shape workflows, automations, reports, and broker SOPs.
Test, track, and influence. Your performance will inform the onboarding process for future brokers.
Collaborate with a high-performing offshore admin team and help continually refine the machine.
About you
You’re an accredited broker with 3+ years’ experience, or a financial strategist or banker with the right structuring chops.
You’re fluent in investment, SMSF, trust, and commercial lending and enjoy helping clients think long-term.
You embrace tech — CRMs, automations, digital tools — not just as admin relief, but as strategic leverage.
You have a process brain. If something’s clunky, you fix it, document it, and make it repeatable.
You’re motivated by impact, clarity, and client success — not short-term commissions.
You want to build something better, not just hit monthly KPIs.
Compensation, Benefits & Growth
Base salary from ~$80K + uncapped commissions.
(Open to structuring differently for the right fit.)
Monthly volume targets from $5M+, with full operational support to scale.
