🌱 About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced landscape maintenance professional to join our dynamic and fun team on the southern Gold Coast. This role starts as a Team Leader, managing small crews and ensuring high-quality results across our sites.

A few musts:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in landscape maintenance or gardening

Australian Driver’s licence

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team

Good communication skills

Friendly and able to develop good rapport with clients and our team

Fit, reliable, and willing to work in all weather conditions

Honest, hard-working, and takes pride in their work
