Steve Jones pioneered the concept of a joint hardware and landscape supply centre, and we are now open and delivering from Everton Hills 7 days a week, with friendly, old-fashioned customer service! We consider ourselves industry leaders in landscape supply, garden supplies, & hardware. We are also a proudly independent hardware store, & family run. In the last 40 years, the landscaping supply and hardware business has grown to be one of the largest resellers of blocks and pavers in Queensland. Qualifications & experience

We are looking for people that enjoy a fast-paced environment, who are not afraid of getting their hands dirty, and love our customers as much as we do!

Must have a Front-End Loader ticket

Must have current Forklift Licence (LF class minimum)

Must be able to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 20kg

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Must have valid right to work in Australia

Current driver's licence required

Minimum 6 months experience operating front-end loaders in a commercial environment

Basic numeracy skills for calculating quantities and measurements of landscaping materials

Tasks & responsibilities

As an intricate part of our operations team the Yard Support Specialist will help complete our customer shopping experience. Typically, you will be responsible for loading customer goods into their vehicles, our trucks and the replenishment of yard and shed stock (utilising Forklifts and Front-End Loaders).
