About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Landscape Maintenance Personal to join our hardworking team at Tuff Yards Pty Ltd in Brisbane, QLD. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments. As part of our dedicated gardening and landscaping crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine appearance of our clients' outdoor spaces.

What you'll be doing

Performing regular mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns and gardens

Pruning and shaping shrubs, hedges, and trees to maintain their aesthetic appeal

Weeding, mulching, and raking to keep gardens tidy and well-maintained

Assisting with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems

Responding promptly to client requests and addressing any issues that arise

Adhering to all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar landscaping or gardening role, preferably in a commercial or residential setting

Strong practical skills and attention to detail to ensure a high standard of work

Familiarity with the use and maintenance of various gardening equipment and tools

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to access job sites

Valid White Card (Construction Induction Training) - essential for all work sites

Good physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kg regularly

Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with appropriate work rights

Desirable but not essential: Certificate III in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens, First Aid Certificate
