The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team, drive service excellence, and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the culture, operations, and success of this premium dining destination.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and Inspire – Build, train, and motivate a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service.
Deliver Excellence – Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless and memorable dining experiences.
Drive Business Success – Monitor restaurant performance, implement strategies, and optimise operations.
Create Premium Experiences – Work closely with the Head Chef and Bar Manager to enhance menu offerings and elevate service.
Maintain Standards – Ensure compliance with hygiene, WHS, and operational policies.

What You Bring

Proven Leadership: At least 2 years in a similar role within a premium restaurant or hospitality venue.
Strong People Skills: Ability to build relationships, manage a team, and create a positive workplace culture.
Operational Expertise: Experience with POS systems, rostering, stock control, and compliance standards.
Service-Driven Mentality: Passion for hospitality and delivering a world-class guest experience.
Resilience and Adaptability: Thrive under pressure and make confident, strategic decisions.
