Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 + Super + Bonus for Hitting Targets

Join our Capalaba team and step into a leadership role at a well-established boutique skin and wellness brand with over a decade of success. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Clinic Manager or 2IC who thrives in both leadership and hands-on client care.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform advanced skin and beauty treatments with confidence and care

Support daily operations including bookings, inventory, and staff coordination

Drive revenue through strategic sales and client retention initiatives

Ensure every guest enjoys a premium, personalised experience

Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment

Help achieve sales targets and promote retail products and services

Contribute to marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions

Track KPIs and report performance insights to the Clinic Manager

Assist with social media content and client engagement strategies

What You Bring

Proven leadership experience in a skin, beauty, or laser clinic (essential)

Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Bachelor of Dermal Science (preferred)

Strong communication, organisation, and team-building skills

A genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and client satisfaction

Confidence in delivering treatments and building lasting client relationships

Experience with rostering, timekeeping, and team support
