About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Service Manager (2IC) to support the leadership team at Busy Bees at Pimpama. In this role, you will:

Assist the Service Manager in leading and mentoring educators across the service

Step into the Service Manager role when required to ensure smooth daily operations

Support in staff management, rostering, enrolments, and compliance tasks

Build strong partnerships with families, children, and the local community

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees policies

Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes for children

What You’ll Need

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)

Previous leadership experience in early childhood (e.g., Room Leader, 2IC, Educational Leader)

Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Organisational and operational management skills

Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid & CPR
