We’re looking for a motivated entry-level “IT Helpdesk Support” team member to join our Cairns office. Perfect for someone studying or recently finishing a TAFE ICT course, this role is your chance to learn directly from some of the most experienced engineers in the region.

You’ll handle client calls, log tickets, do customer health checks, and learn the ropes of real-world IT support.

What You’ll Do

Answer phones and respond to client requests via email and our ticket system

Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate where needed

Keep clear, accurate records of your work

Help ensure every client interaction is a good one
