IT Support Officer - $65k-$75k + super

We've partnered with a large, long-standing Australian organisation seeking an IT Support Officer to join their internal technology team.

You'll act as the first point of contact for all things IT. Supporting users across hardware, software, and network issues to keep systems running smoothly. This role suits someone with solid Level 1-2 experience who enjoys problem-solving, learning on the job, and being part of a fun, collaborative team that values growth and internal promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory, Exchange, and M365
• Maintain accurate helpdesk records and documentation
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
• Support and gain exposure to infrastructure-related projects

About You

• 1+ year experience in IT support (Level 1-2)
• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, AD, DNS, DHCP, M365, and ITIL principles
• Experience supporting networks, telephony, and mobile technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
