We currently have an opportunity for a NAR Officer to join our team at Council.
In the role of NAR Officer, you will ensure accuracy and integrity of Council’s customer database.
You will be responsible for administrative activities, request resolution as well as auditing and cleansing of customer name and address data created and maintained by various teams and staff across Council.
What we offer...
- Temporary full-time, 35 hours per week for six months
- Commencing annual salary from $67,141 to $74,023 pro rata
(salary is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience) - Plus 12% superannuation

What you'll need to be successful in the role...
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration and/or considerable experience
(2-5 years’ experience) - Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative accuracy and flexibility
- Demonstrated prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple issues with competing priorities
- The ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and function effectively in a statutory environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft word, excel and outlook and maintaining databases
- A high level of self-motivation with the ability to work effectively as a team.
