Our business is growing and we require an experienced Customer Service Officer that can deliver exceptional service to our existing and potential customers in a high volume capacity.

The successful applicant will have the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand, and have excellent problem solving and time management skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

Professionally and efficiently answer voice and/or web enquiries.

Provide superior customer service experience with a positive attitude

Use the appropriate sales techniques to convert phone queries into sales.

Communicate effectively and courteously with all employees and external customers.

Build & sustain key customer / client relationships.

Take an active role in achieving your KPI’s demonstrating accountability and ownership.

Support the team with various administrative tasks

What makes you the right candidate:

Prior experience in a phone or face to face customer service roles

Passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service

Demonstrate ability to grasp concepts and systems quickly

Strong experience with computers including a working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office)

Strong accuracy and attention to detail
