Are you a hands-on Supply Planner with a knack for systems and data? Want to play a key role in integrated planning development for a fast-paced FMCG business? We’re looking for a supply chain professional to own the long-term supply plan and drive process improvements that make a real impact.

About the Role

As a Supply Planner, you'll take ownership of the 5–52 week supply plan across multiple production lines, ensuring it's both valid and constrained. Working closely with scheduling, material planning, and demand planning teams, you’ll play a central role in aligning operations with customer needs and business growth plans.

You’ll be the supply voice in the IBP process, proactively managing capacity, service levels, and risk. This is a great opportunity to bring your SAP expertise, analytical mindset, and planning experience into a collaborative and evolving supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a 52-week constrained supply plan
• Identify and resolve capacity or service constraints, using SAP
• Adjust short-term (0–4 week) plans with Production Scheduling & Material Planning
• Drive visibility and decision-making through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
• Communicate service risks and align with Demand Planning
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes

About You

• 5+ years’ supply planning experience in FMCG, ideally food & beverage
• Strong experience using SAP and working with large datasets
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI a bonus
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles and planning processes
• Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence decisions

Nature of role
This is an exciting opportunity with an Australian business that is continuing to grow. It is initially a 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend beyond this.
