We are looking for an Assistant Centre Manager to join our well-established Aspire centre in Truganina. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing team and help maintain the strong culture and reputation our centre has built in the community.

The Centre Our Truganina centre is a well-established, purpose-built facility designed to provide families with high-quality learning environments. The centre is equipped with modern resources, spacious indoor and outdoor areas, and dedicated spaces for every age group.
You will be joining a committed and passionate team that already has strong relationships with families and the local community — your role will be to continue strengthening and supporting this thriving service.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to support day-to-day operations, including staff management, compliance, and family engagement. You will:
- Partner with the Centre Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
- Support educators to deliver exceptional learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children, families, and educators.
- Assist with rostering, enrolments, compliance, and stakeholder communications.
- Help drive continuous improvement and maintain the centre’s high standards of care and education.
About You
- ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children’s Services (or higher).
- Leadership experience as an Assistant Centre Manager or similar.
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
- Organised, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current WWCC, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
- Previous knowledge of XAP software desirable.
