The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who can lead our maintenance team at our Oxenford Quarry and sand operation. This isn't just a planning role – you'll be working alongside your team, making decisions that matter, and keeping the heart of our operation beating strong.

You'll be the go-to person for all things maintenance: planning, coordinating your team, managing parts and inventory, and ensuring our crushers, screens, conveyors, and plant equipment perform safely and efficiently. Your focus will be on building a culture of proactive maintenance that keeps downtime low and morale high.

What We're Really Looking For

The Must-Haves:

A trade qualification in heavy machinery or manufacturing plant maintenance

Solid leadership experience – you know how to motivate people and build team spirit

The ability to diagnose problems, prioritise work, and act with urgency when needed

Comfortable with computers and maintenance management systems

A genuine commitment to safety leadership – you set the standard

Manual driver's licence with a clean driving record

Physical capability to work in a quarry environment

Flexibility for early starts, reasonable overtime, and occasional weekend work

What Would Make You Stand Out:

Experience working in quarrying or sand operations

Hands-on experience with crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated plant equipment

Parts interpretation and ordering experience

Current EWP or Forklift licences (but we can help you get these if you're the right person!)
