About the Role

You’ll oversee a range of residential electrical projects from luxury builds to maintenance and smaller renovations across Brisbane’s Southside (within 10 km).
The position suits an experienced, hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring apprentices, managing workflow, and delivering projects to the highest standard.

You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations and gradually transition into the Director’s position, taking ownership of the field team and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small team (1 × 1st Year & 1 × 3rd Year Apprentice)

Manage multiple jobs independently across high-end residential sites

Ensure quality standards, compliance & timely completion of work

Build lasting relationships with homeowners, builders & suppliers

Report to management and contribute to project planning & growth

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Electrician with ~10 years experience (5–6 yrs post-trade min.)

Previous experience as a Supervisor or Leading Hand essential

Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach

Strong leadership & mentoring ability

Reliable, proactive & committed to delivering top-tier work
