We are looking for a Senior Retail Sales assistant to work in our Florist part time. A minimum of 3 years experience in a retail sales position is required for this position. If you are Hard working, have a bubbly personality with great social skills, have high sales turnover, can meet sales targets and work well in busy environment then this position is for you.

About the role

Senior Retail Sales Assistant Part time 20 hours

The Senior Retail Sales Assistant Position is currently open to fullfull the demands of our growing business. The position has a large focus on retail customer service and sales. Our store is open until 7pm during the week and this position is an afternoon position which focuses on serving customers, taking phone orders and closing the store at 7pm. The position will be to accompany one of our florist staff .

- Able to start immediately

-Shifts have a 7pm finish and generally are 2-7pm. Afternoon shifts This are non negotiable.

-Set weekly roster

-penalty rates for shifts including after 6pm and weekend rates

-working together with a large team

-confident in all aspects of floristry

-customer service includes serving a large number of walk in clients daily answering the phone and taking orders, providing advise and offering product knowledge.

-Ability to work alone in the store if required.

-we stock a large number of exclusive brands, must be willing to receive training about our products and be confident in sales.
