Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding in-store customer service and education on sleep health solutions

Drive sales of CPAP machines, masks, and accessories with a solutions-focused approach

Demonstrate and set up products, assisting customers with fittings and troubleshooting

Build relationships with new and returning customers to encourage repeat business

Maintain product displays, manage inventory, and support day-to-day clinic operations

About You

Experience in retail sales, pharmacy, or healthcare is highly regarded (but not essential)

Strong sales drive with a genuine passion for helping people

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable learning and demonstrating technology-based products

Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
