The Role

If you have a passion for beauty and wellness, love connecting with people, and want to create moments that help customers feel their best, this could be your perfect fit. We’re looking for Casual Retail Beauty Assistants who thrive on personalised service and embody IKKARI’s Vitality ethos — making every customer interaction count during our busiest season.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through IKKARI’s rituals of vitality.

Provide tailored product recommendations across skincare, ingestibles and wellness, creating a premium, personalised experience.

Maintain immaculate product displays and ensure the boutique is clean, organised and inviting.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new launches and industry trends to serve as a trusted advisor.

Process transactions efficiently while contributing to sales and service targets.

Support stock management, including replenishment and inventory checks.

Participate in promotional activities, in-store events and experiential activations that bring the brand to life.

Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1–2 years’ retail or hospitality experience, ideally in beauty, skincare or wellness. Direct experience eligible for the higher hourly rate.

A natural ability to connect with customers and make them feel welcome and valued.

Strong interest in beauty, wellness and skincare trends.

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings positivity to every shift.

Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced setting.

Reliable, adaptable and available to work flexible hours including weekends and must be able to work key holiday trading periods Black Friday and Christmas Week.
