About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Showroom Support to join our team at UZIT Kitchens and Robes' in Norwood, South Australia. This is a part time position that will provide support to our showroom team, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience in our showroom

Assisting customers with product inquiries and guiding them through our range of kitchens and robes

Coordinating appointments and bookings for our design consultants

Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the showroom

Providing administrative support to the sales team as required

Coordinating the showroom on Saturdays and taking all leads

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service

Flexibility to work a part time schedule, including weekends
