About the role

IMMEDIATE START for the right candidate!
As our Customer Support & Sales team member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued clients at SA POOL SHOP & CHEMICAL SUPPLIES PTY LTD. This is a casual position based in our Seaford Meadows, SA location.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers in person, on the phone and via email with their pool and spa needs

Processing sales transactions and orders accurately and efficiently

Schedule service-based clients and manage their requirements in conjunction with coordinating our service team.

Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide reliable advice and recommendations to customers

Supporting the overall operations of the store through administrative tasks and inventory management

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service, job-based scheduling or sales role. Experience in the swimming pool or spa industry an advantage but not critical.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction at all times.

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management and scheduling software.

A friendly, helpful and enthusiastic attitude

Ability to work Saturday shifts most weekends.
