Myassista is a registered NDIS provider, NIISQ provider, DVA provider, HCP and approved CHSP Cottage Respite provider supporting individuals with a disability and the elderly to live independently and thrive.

We have a newly created role to assist with the growing business. The Rostering Coordinator will be an integral role to ensure client satisfaction, support team member retention and continued growth in the community services sector.

Myassista follows the Eden Philosophy working with clients to ensure their days are filled with routines, activities, meals and health appointments tailored specifically to their requirements. We are looking for people to join the team who have a genuine desire to help others and scheduling the support team members to ensure consistency, alignment of clients and support team members, while juggling availability and new client onboarding.

You will bring to the team your experience working with a range of clients across a range of ages and are comfortable working independently. You are solutions focused and professional, punctual and respectful. You are looking for a role where you can help the team excel and will be expected to work closely with the administration and operations team to be responsive to the changing client needs.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be available to work flexible hours to suit client needs. The hours of work will be three days a week of 22.5 each week.

Qualifications & experience

You MUST hold the following:

Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing/HACC/Disability or equivalent

an understanding of the SCHADS modern award and all its intricacies

Blue Card/Yellow Card/Worker Screening Clearance

National Police clearance

COVID Vaccinated
