About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position, offering a minimum of 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday, up to 38 hours per week in busy periods. Mondays are our busiest day, so full availability on Mondays is essential. You’ll coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, order picking, packing, and dispatching, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.

Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy of paperwork and stock control.

Liaise with couriers and freight providers to ensure timely dispatch.

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.

Work closely with the operations team to meet service level agreements (SLAs) for multiple clients.

Support inventory management including cycle counts and stocktakes.

Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.

About You

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.

Confident using warehouse systems, scanners, and MS Office.

Forklift licence (highly desirable but not essential).

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
