What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire: Coach, develop, and set performance standards for your team.
Client Success: Strengthen relationships and grow a safe, productive, and profitable portfolio.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily scheduling, allocations, and resource planning.
Safety & Quality: Conduct site audits, champion zero-harm practices, and uphold compliance.
Smart Planning: Design and review TGS and TMP plans with precision and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with road authorities, councils, police, and transport partners.
Project Management: Oversee project planning, coordination, and delivery to client standards.
Documentation: Maintain accuracy and ensure timely execution across all projects.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years’ experience in TGS and TMP planning – essential.
Proven experience lodging council applications and ROL submissions.
Strong understanding of Australian traffic legislation, standards, and compliance laws.
Ability to complete and maintain traffic control rosters and resource allocations.
Proven background in traffic control (field, planning, or operations).
Project planning and client-facing coordination skills.
Prepare Workzone Ticket – essential.
Invarion system experience – beneficial.
Demonstrated success in team leadership and operational performance.
Strong scheduling, logistics, and operational management experience.
Excellent commercial acumen – confident managing budgets, margins, and performance metrics.
Clear, professional communicator with a strong safety focus and results-driven mindset.
